What are the Modules of MR Reporting App and Software?

• Daily Call Report : This module or feature is most common and core of the software. Complete software depends on DCR means Daily Call Report, DCR can be submitted in offline and online mode by app and users are free to submit DCR via web portal also if company permit them. Add Doctor Visit, add chemist details, add expense, add sample, gift details and so on forms are available in DCR submission.
• eDetailing : In MR Reporting app for tablet and mobile, product detailing option is available . Medical Representative can select the products and show to the respective doctors with their tablet or mobile. Company admin can manage product list division wise and upload the images or pdf or video as per product.

• Doctor Sponsorship : First line employee can submit doctor sponsorship from MR panel and manage have the rights to evaluate submitted data and take action as desire. Hierarch wise approval helps companies to be more authenticated before to finalize sponsorship and feed payment or services details for particular doctors. • Tour Planning : Admin can submit company tour policy and all employees follows same. Employee can submit advance month tour program by web portal or mobile app in offiline mode also. It is approval base module and manager can approve the submitted tour program from his respective panel.
• Expense Management : Company can incorporate its expense master policy in panel. Admin need to feed some master data like Standard Fare Chart, Distance Chart and Employee Fare code. After completion of all these activities system generates expense every month automatically.
• Route Planning : Some company work on route planning instead of tour planning and OptCRM has both facilities, company can choose any of them. Employee can create monthly or yearly route plan and admin have the facility to approve as per policy.
• Stock & Sales Management : Stock & sales is the major concern for all pharmaceutical company. With M R Reporting it is every easy to manage stock & sales on monthly, weekly or daily basis as desire. Employee can submit stock in system in customized form and managers have the option to check and approve.
