OptCRM is Sales Force Automation Platform where companies can track their employees activities and improve their relation with their targeted clients.

What information we collect and how?

The information OptCRM collect via the Android Reporting App and Online Software may include.

Any personal details you are knowingly providing OptCRM with Reporting App, Online Software and website forms such as Name, Contact Details, Email ID, Mobile No, Data Storage, camera, microphone and GPS Network based location.

Use of Contact Details: App accesses your contact details for app functionality and smooth app activities for your convenience. A user can perform activities such as send email, SMS and call from app as well as updates receiving of product and transactional based alerts in form of SMS and Email.

Your IP Address, this is a string of numbers unique to your computer that is recorded by our web server when you request any page or component on the Website. This information is used to monitor your usage of the Website.

Data recorded by the Android App and Website which allows your parental company to recognize you and your preferred settings, this saves you from re-entering information on return visits to the site and app. Such data is recorded locally on your app and computer through the use of cookies and your acceptance for android app.

What we do with your information?

OptCRM do not access your personal details and mobile hardware or applications till you will not give the permission to OptCRM app.

Any personal information we collect from Android Reporting App, software or website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:

OptCRM is not a common platform and it is not for use for everyone, only your existing company only gives rights to you to use the Android App for Sales Force Activity Tracking and company only has the authority to track your data. OptCRM never pass your details to any organization as there is Non Discloser agreement between your company and OptCRM.

OptCRM uses your data only for your convenience so that you can improve your field activity and you can be able to build good relation to your customers.

write_external_storage : Write External Storage Permission needed to upload a document to be sent to the company for approval. It helps the employee and company accelerate the approval process.

MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : File picking and storage permission needed to upload documents by registered users only hence the documents like expense bills, order sheet, travel bills and so on can get approved from the company and save their time while in the field work. If a company and user want to use this feature then it is mandatory to give permission manually for MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.
